Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities
Should be aware of complete P2P/C2P cycle and experience in working in SAP.
Exposure in dealing with Turnkey, EPC, BOO, BOOT model-based contracts.
RFQ preparation, collect techno commercial offers, vendor evaluation negotiation and contract award.
Perform internal costing/rate analysis, arriving cost benchmarking, Network connect within the industry.
Contract and rate negotiation.
Analyse the project specific requirement.
Procurement strategies, General Contracting and Strategic sourcing.
Post Order management:
Track post PO/Contract activities and effectively co-ordinate with respective stakeholders and ensuring that all the packages are meeting Need by Date of Project.
Proactive engagement with all the stakeholders to mitigate delivery risks, analyze and highlight red flags in case of any potential risk and prepare risk mitigation plan.
Prepare executive presentations, board decks and strategic reports
Research on new market trends and conditions.
Vendor Management:
Establish good relationship with vendors and other stakeholders.

Essential Attributes
Construction Procurement.
Project monitoring / control.
Contractual understanding.
Problem Solving Skills, Data Analytics, Adaptable.
Rich Exp in MS Office, MS Excel, Power Point Presentation, Hands on experience in Power BI and Other tools.
High Level of Integrity & Transparency.

Qualifications
BE/B-Tech (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) from a recognized university
MBA will be an added advantage.
