Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Engineer – After Sales (Service Support – Maharashtra), based in Rajkot. The role involves providing technical support to dealers and customers, diagnosing and resolving issues related to compact tractors, and ensuring timely service response across the Maharashtra region. The Senior Engineer will oversee after-sales service operations, coordinate with service centers, and support installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities include analyzing recurring product issues, recommending corrective actions, and sharing feedback with the engineering and product teams for continuous improvement. The role also includes supporting training for dealer service teams, maintaining detailed service records, and assisting with customer communication to ensure high satisfaction and strong brand loyalty.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing capabilities with demonstrated  Customer Service  and  Communication  skills to manage inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Proficiency in  Technical Support  for agricultural or automotive equipment, including fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and guiding field technicians.
Solid  Analytical Skills  to interpret service data, identify patterns in failures, and propose preventive and corrective actions.
Experience in  Sales Operations  support, such as coordinating with sales teams on after-sales commitments, warranties, and service-related promotions.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Agricultural Engineering, or a related technical field.
Hands-on experience in after-sales or service roles within tractors, farm equipment, or similar heavy machinery is highly preferred.
Ability to travel within Maharashtra for field visits, dealer support, and customer site inspections.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and service reporting tools; familiarity with CRM or service management systems is an advantage.
Comfort working in cross-functional teams, with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
