Meta Ads & Google Ads Expert – iGaming​/Casino Ads

Position: Meta Ads & Google Ads Expert – iGaming / Casino Ads
Location: Kharar

We are looking for a full-time Meta Ads & Google Ads Expert with real experience in iGaming, Casino, Sports Gaming, Fantasy Sports, RMG, or similar gaming industry advertising.

This is not a normal lead generation role. We need a person who understands restricted-category advertising, Meta Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, Whats App lead campaigns, landing pages, tracking, and campaign compliance.

The candidate must be able to work full-time on-site in Chandigarh / Zirakpur / Mohali from our office/private work setup. Freelancers, agencies, and part-time candidates should not apply.

Responsibilities:
Manage Facebook & Instagram Ads
Manage Google Ads campaigns
Run Whats App lead generation campaigns
Set up Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
Optimize CPL, CTR, lead quality, and campaign performance
Create and test ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels
Prepare daily campaign reports
Handle campaigns in a stable and policy-compliant way
Suggest better strategy for restricted-category gaming ads

Required Experience:

Minimum 2–5 years paid ads experience
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Previous experience in iGaming / Casino / Sports Gaming / Fantasy Sports / RMG ads is compulsory
Knowledge of ad account quality, policy compliance, landing page compliance, tracking, and retargeting

Experience with Whats App lead campaigns and landing page funnels
Must be available for full-time on-site work
Must be serious, loyal, long-term, and performance-focused

Important Note:

We need a professional person who can run campaigns in a legal, stable, and policy-compliant way. We do not need fake accounts, black-hat methods, cloaking, misleading ads, or shortcut-based work.
Salary:
Good salary + performance incentive, based on experience and results.
