Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive, based in Colombo. The individual will be responsible for planning and executing sales and marketing strategies to attract new guests, maintaining relationships with members and customers, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include interacting with guests, promoting the casino's facilities and services, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

Additionally, they will assist in organizing promotional events, analysing market trends, and collaborating with the team to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with guests and handle inquiries or concerns.
Drive Bellagio's growth in  South Asia & the Middle East  through strategic sales planning and execution.
Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, with an ability to strategize and execute promotional campaigns.
Basic Training abilities, including onboarding team members and sharing sales and marketing knowledge.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Flexibility to work on-site and adjust to a fast-paced, customer-centered environment.
Prior experience in hospitality or entertainment industries is advantageous.
Proficiency in additional languages will be an added benefit for communicating with international guests.

Requirements

Applicants from Goa preferred
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Business Development within the Hospitality industry or Casino industry.
High School Diploma
Deep understanding of  South Asian and Middle Eastern  markets and the ability to tailor business strategies accordingly.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving capabilities
