About the Role

We are seeking a  detail-oriented and analytical Chartered Accountant  to support our finance operations. The role will provide hands-on exposure to  financial reporting, taxation, audits, MIS, compliance, budgeting, and financial analysis .

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and finalization of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Support internal and statutory audits by coordinating documentation, schedules, and financial data.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Perform financial and variance analysis to support business decision-making.
Manage and support  GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances .
Prepare and maintain  MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports .
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
Coordinate with internal departments, statutory auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders.
Monitor changes in taxation, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
Articleship completed with a reputed CA firm or corporate organization.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Good working knowledge of  Direct and Indirect Taxation .
Proficiency in  MS Excel and Tally .
Exposure to  SAP/Oracle or other ERP systems  will be an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Minimum experience of 2-5 years is required
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
High level of ownership, integrity, and willingness to learn.
