To partner with us in this exciting journey and unlock new values for the business, we are looking for passionate professionals for the position of Business Finance Controller - Finance, Vedanta Aluminium Metal Limited.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting for the Metal division.
Drive divisional MIS, financial dashboards, performance reviews, and Board presentations.
Ensure compliance with statutory, taxation, governance, and internal control requirements.
Partner with business leaders to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Monitor performance against targets and recommend timely corrective actions.
Strengthen financial controls, risk-management practices, and audit compliance.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
Drive digital transformation and process improvement across finance operations.
Education Qualification | Work-Ex| Desired Attributes
Chartered Accountant (CA) is essential; first-attempt CA preferred or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
Minimum 60% marks in Class 10, Class 12, and Graduation. Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is essential;
A maximum gap of one year is allowed either between Class 12 and Graduation or between Graduation and Post-Graduation.
7 years of relevant experience in business finance, financial planning and analysis, or divisional controlling roles.
