Recovery Officer

Location: Noida Sector 27

We are looking for a  Customer Success Executive – Collection & Recovery  to join our Escalation & Recovery Team.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in  collections, recovery, payment follow-ups, dispute resolution and field recovery , with the ability to directly meet customers and negotiate payment closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer payment-related escalations and recovery cases

• Conduct  regular field visits for payment recovery, resolution & negotiation

• Follow up with customers for pending/outstanding payments

• Negotiate and facilitate mutually acceptable payment solutions

• Handle disputes and escalations professionally

• Coordinate with CRM, Finance and other internal teams for resolution

• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and case status

• Build professional customer relationships throughout the recovery process

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 3+ years of experience in  Collections / Recovery / Field Recovery / Escalation Handling
✅ Strong experience in  field collections and customer visits
✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✅ Experience handling payment disputes and difficult customers
✅ Good coordination and documentation skills
✅ Real Estate / Prop Tech / BFSI / NBFC / Financial Services experience preferred
