Hse Officer

Description   We are seeking a qualified HSE Officer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting inspections, and promoting a safe working environment.

Responsibilities    Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Develop and implement safety training programs for employees.
Investigate accidents and incidents, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.
Monitor and analyze safety performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of safety within the organization.

Skills and Qualifications    Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Engineering, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) role in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent safety management training.
Gulf driving license is preferred.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards in India.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of personnel.
