• Review and edit transcribed reports to ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness.

• Ensure all transcriptions comply with required style guidelines, organizational standards, and legal regulations.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and safeguard sensitive medical information at all times.

• Communicate with medical professionals to clarify unclear audio, missing details, or inconsistencies in recorded reports.

• Apply strong listening and typing skills, along with knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy, to produce high-quality transcriptions.

• Demonstrate attention to detail and strong proofreading skills to ensure error-free documentation.

• Support documentation needs within the department by ensuring timely and reliable delivery of transcribed reports.
