Job Description

Take ownership and execute assigned tasks for the product closure process, ensuring all actions are completed according to agreed milestones and defined processes, with active collaboration among stakeholders.
Plan, coordinate, and execute product closures in line with business decisions and targets.
Open, monitor, and close change controls related to product closures, including assessment set selection and assignment of tasks to relevant experts.
Maintain up-to-date master data and GMP documentation throughout the closure process.
Support the development and implementation of a centralized, standardized product closure process.
Participate in Change Management Meetings (CMM) for product closure, ensuring participation from all critical stakeholders (business, regulatory, QA, supply chain, etc.).
Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards.
Write documents into Orion's IT systems.
Preparation and maintenance of lists/documents/records and archiving at appropriate place.
To assist the overall working of Indian Pharmaceutical team.
Perform other tasks as appointed by Supervisors.
