Paramedic Staff for Bulgaria     Qualifications and Skills
Lab Technician, Pharmacist
Minimum 1 year of experience as a paramedic
Proficient in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and automated external defibrillator use to manage acute cardiac emergencies efficiently.
Skilled in emergency vehicle operation to ensure safe and timely transportation of patients under pressure.
Capable of using prehospital trauma life support techniques for effective assessment and care of traumatic injuries.

Experience with electronic patient care reporting to ensure accurate and timely documentation of medical interventions.
Strong ability to apply patient stabilization techniques for reducing further injury risks during emergencies.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Demonstrate critical thinking and decision-making skills to prioritize tasks in high-stress situations effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities
Provide immediate medical attention and life-saving support in pre-hospital settings.
Operate emergency vehicles and ensure compliance with regulations and safety protocols during transit.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine the necessary medical interventions.
Employ patient stabilization techniques and tools to care for injured individuals safely.
Document medical care provided and patient status accurately using ePCR systems.
Coordinate with emergency departments and healthcare providers for seamless patient handovers.
Maintain and check medical equipment and supplies to ensure readiness for emergency situations.
Participate in continuous learning and training to stay current with medical protocols and procedures.
