Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pediatric
Physiotherapist role based in North Delhi. The Pediatric
Physiotherapist will assess infants, children, and adolescents with a variety of developmental, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions, and design individualized treatment plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed physical assessments, delivering hands-on therapy sessions, monitoring progress, and updating treatment goals in collaboration with caregivers. The role involves close coordination with parents or guardians to provide home exercise programs, education, and guidance to support carryover of therapy Pediatric Physiotherapist will also work with other healthcare and educational professionals as needed, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and contribute to a safe, engaging, and child-friendly therapy environment.
Qualifications
Recognized bachelor’s or master’s degree in Physiotherapy (preferably with a focus on pediatrics), with valid professional licensing or registration as required.
Demonstrated experience in assessing and treating pediatric clients with developmental delays, neurological conditions (e.g., cerebral palsy), and musculoskeletal issues.
Strong knowledge of pediatric assessment tools, therapeutic exercises, neurodevelopmental treatment approaches, and gross motor skill development.
Ability to design and adapt individualized treatment plans, set measurable goals, and track progress using evidence-based practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Capacity to educate and coach caregivers on home programs, positioning, mobility, and safe handling techniques.
High level of empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity when working with children of different ages and abilities.
Organizational skills to manage caseloads, maintain detailed clinical records, and follow clinic protocols and quality standards.
Comfort with basic digital tools or clinic software for scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development, training, and case discussions to enhance clinical skills.
