The Role

We are looking for a dedicated and caring Speech-Language Therapist to join our Himayat Nagar branch. You'll work one-on-one and in small groups with children who have difficulties in speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing — helping them find their voice and connect with the world around them.
This is a deeply rewarding role for someone who loves working with children and wants to be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, communication, and swallowing/feeding difficulties
Design and deliver individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's needs and goals
Work with children across a range of conditions, including autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, articulation/phonological disorders, and language delays
Track and document each child's progress, and adjust intervention plans accordingly
Counsel and guide parents — sharing home strategies and updating them on their child's improvement
Collaborate with our occupational therapists, behavioral therapists, special educators, and psychologists for holistic care
Maintain accurate session notes and clinical records
Help create a positive, engaging, and safe environment for every child

What We're Looking For
Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP / MASLP)
RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) registration

Skills & Qualities
Genuine warmth, patience, and love for working with children
Strong communication skills — comfortable explaining things to both children and parents
Knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders and evidence-based intervention techniques
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Fluency in English and Telugu / Hindi is a strong advantage

Experience

Freshers with solid clinical internship experience are welcome to apply
Prior experience working with children with autism or developmental delays is a plus
