Job Description:

Provide end-to-end occupational health services including medical care, diagnosis and follow-up, statutory examinations, disease monitoring, and maintaining accurate and confidential medical records.
Ensure 24/7 emergency medical preparedness, lead response during incidents, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain readiness of medical equipment and ambulance services.
Ensure Statutory Compliance & Legal Requirements
Drive preventive healthcare initiatives, promote health awareness, analyze health trends, and support programs to enhance employee wellbeing and reduce absenteeism.
Oversee occupational health facilities, ensure availability of medical supplies through efficient inventory, manage budgets cost-effectively, and coordinate with external healthcare providers and insurers.
