We are a new, neurodiversity-affirming learning centre based in Kochi, supporting students from LKG to Grade 12 with learning disabilities, ADHD, autism, and speech & language differences. We are growing — and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

This isn't just a clinical role. It's a chance to be part of something being built with intention — where every team member's knowledge shapes how we work, and where  we learn and grow together  is not a tagline but how we actually operate.

QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP)
Bachelor's in Speech and Language Pathology (BSLP)
RCI licence required

EXPERIENCE
Minimum (1-4 year)
& Freshers with a curious mind to grow in a neurodiversity-affirming space.

LOCATION
Kochi, Kerala
Willingness to relocate required

What you'll do
Conduct assessments and write detailed, strengths-based reports
Deliver therapy through AAC, Gestalt Language Processing, visual supports, and play-based interaction
Create individualised, functional therapy plans and home programmes
Collaborate closely with special educators, parents, and a multidisciplinary team
Maintain session notes, progress reports, and parent communication logs
Stay current with evidence-based and neurodiversity-affirming practices

We'd love it if you have experience or genuine interest in
Gestalt Language Processing (GLP)
ACC
Play-based therapy
Sensory regulation
Parent coaching
Autism-affirming approaches
Strength-based goal writing

Who you are
Strongly aligned with neurodiversity-affirming values — you believe all forms of communication are valid
Fluent in English (spoken and written) and a clear, warm communicator with families
Open to learning — curious about ideas beyond your specialty, and excited by a team where knowledge flows in every direction
A natural collaborator — you find the multidisciplinary table energising, not exhausting
Comfortable with technology for documentation and responsive to each child's sensory and regulation needs

Salary
Based on qualifications, experience, and skill set.
