Role Description The Physiotherapist will provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to patients with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting physical evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, and monitoring patient progress. The role also involves maintaining accurate clinical documentation, educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and preventive care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated treatment.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, requiring direct patient interaction and participation in clinic activities such as case discussions and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability in patient assessment, clinical reasoning, and development of individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
Proficiency in therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and use of rehabilitation equipment and modalities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and provide clear documentation.
Capacity to manage a clinical caseload, prioritize tasks, and maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution; valid professional registration/licensure as required by local regulations.
Experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings is preferred; exposure to orthopedic, sports, or neurological physiotherapy is an advantage.
