Lead Generation Executive – US Healthcare RCM

Prior experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) lead generation is mandatory.

We are looking for an experienced  Lead Generation Executive  to help build our US healthcare sales pipeline. You should have hands-on experience generating leads for  RCM, Medical Billing, Medical Coding, AR Management, Credentialing, or related healthcare services .

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research physicians, medical practices, clinics, healthcare groups, and other potential RCM clients across the US.

• Identify key decision-makers including practice owners, physicians, practice managers, administrators, and billing/finance leaders.

• Generate qualified leads through Linked In, email outreach, databases, directories, cold outreach, and other proven channels.

• Build accurate prospect lists with verified contact information.

• Initiate outreach and generate qualified appointments for the Business Development team.

• Maintain lead activity and follow-ups in the CRM.

• Consistently achieve lead and appointment-generation targets.

Who Should Apply

• Minimum 1+ year of  lead generation experience specifically within US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing .

• Good understanding of the US healthcare provider ecosystem and RCM services.

• Experience with Linked In prospecting, email outreach, databases, and CRM tools.

• Strong written and spoken English.

• Proven ability to generate qualified US healthcare leads and appointments.

Important:  Candidates with general IT/BPO lead-generation experience but  no prior RCM/Medical Billing experience will not be considered.
