Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physiotherapist specializing in Spine and Orthopedic care, based in Bengaluru. The role involves assessing patients with musculoskeletal and spinal conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering physiotherapy interventions such as manual therapy, exercise therapy, and rehabilitation programs. Responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, updating clinical records, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
The Physiotherapist will also educate patients on posture, ergonomics, and home exercise programs, support preventive care initiatives, and contribute to maintaining a safe and supportive clinical environment.
Qualifications
Relevant academic background, such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
Strong clinical skills in spine and orthopedic assessment, manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and rehabilitation planning.
Ability to create and implement evidence-based treatment plans and adapt them according to patient progress and feedback.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Good documentation and organizational abilities, including maintaining accurate patient records and managing appointments.
Commitment to professional ethics, patient safety, and quality care, with openness to ongoing learning and skill development.
Registration or eligibility for registration with relevant physiotherapy councils or professional bodies, as required.
Experience in a clinical setting focusing on musculoskeletal or orthopedic physiotherapy is preferred but not mandatory.
