Position: Project Leader – Healthcare / Life Science
Location: Vasanthanagar

Minimum  5 years of relevant experience  in a professional services, consulting, research, or related environment.
B.Pharm / BDS / BE (Biotech or other relevant disciplines) / BS (Sciences) + MBA  from a reputed/top-tier institute or university.
Strong academic credentials with excellent  analytical and leadership capabilities .
Experience in providing  internal or external strategic consulting  to Healthcare clients.
Exposure to  two or more core Healthcare domains  such as Pharmaceuticals ,Med Tech,Healthcare Providers ,Payers ,Global Health ,Digital Health
Strong understanding of Healthcare industry topics, trends, and business models.
Excellent analytical skills with strong proficiency in  Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint .
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated experience in  team management and people leadership .
Ability to manage multiple projects/work streams simultaneously.
Strong team player with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and develop structured approaches to complex diligence questions.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive senior-level discussions.
Mature leadership style with the ability to balance  hands-on involvement and effective delegation .
Hands-on experience with  Alteryx and Tableau  is a plus.

Experience with  Python, R, or SPSS  is an added advantage.
Exposure to data analytics as part of strategy or consulting engagements is preferred.
Strong problem-solving, research, presentation, and business judgment skills.
