Position: Psychologist (Community and Crisis Intervention)
Location: Vasanthanagar

Bengaluru (Indiranagar) |  Hybrid — 2 days WFO | ⏰ Flexible hours |  ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month depending on experience

At Broseph Foundation, we work on the front lines of abuse intervention, legal support, and mental health care  — helping individuals navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives with dignity, courage, and structured support.

We believe access to mental health care should not be a privilege. It should be a right.

To that end, we are looking for a compassionate, social-work driven  Psychologist (Community and Crisis Support)  to join our growing team.

What You'll Do
Coordinate and manage mental health support for help seekers through our network of empanelled therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists.
Conduct 1-to-1 therapy sessions where required (online and in-person).
Facilitate online and in-person support group sessions for community members.
Ensure access to therapy resources for employees and volunteers at the Foundation.
Maintain accurate and confidential case documentation across mental health and allied cases — including cases that intersect with legal aid, and crisis intervention.
Conduct structured follow-ups with help seekers to track case progress and outcomes.
Organise and lead mental health awareness camps, workshops, and community outreach initiatives.
Work closely with our legal aid team and caseworkers on interdisciplinary cases involving trauma, abuse, or crisis.

What We're Looking For
Master's Degree in Psychology
Professional working knowledge of Kannada — you will be working with community members who may not be comfortable in English
Experience working with survivors of abuse, trauma, or crisis (preferred, not mandatory)
Strong documentation and case management skills — accurate records are non-negotiable in this work
Ability to work in high-intensity, emotionally demanding environments without losing structure or boundaries
Sound ethical decision-making and a clear understanding of confidentiality obligations
Comfort working in grassroots, fast-paced settings that look nothing like a traditional clinic
