Role Description  The Senior Hospital Administrator will oversee day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring efficient, safe, and patient-focused service delivery across all departments. This full-time, on-site role in Anand includes supervising administrative staff, managing budgets and resources, coordinating with medical teams, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and quality standards. The individual will develop and implement operational policies, optimize patient flow, and support initiatives that improve clinical outcomes and customer experience.

The role also involves managing vendor relationships, monitoring performance metrics, handling escalated patient or family concerns, and collaborating with leadership on strategic planning and growth.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong expertise in Hospital Operations and Hospital Management.
Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills.
Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Medicine and healthcare workflows.
Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in hospital administration, healthcare management, or a related field.
Several years of progressive leadership experience in a hospital or multi-specialty healthcare setting.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage change, and resolve complex operational issues.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with proficiency in basic office and hospital information systems.
