Our portfolio includes products across pregnancy nutrition, lactation, child nutrition, infant wellness and women’s hormonal wellness.
We are looking for a Nutritionist/Dietitian who enjoys interacting with customers, understanding their concerns and helping them make informed nutrition and product choices.

Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for  early-career Nutritionists/Dietitians  with strong communication skills and an interest in  maternal, women’s and child nutrition .
This is a customer-facing role combining  nutrition consultation, customer counselling, product guidance and follow-ups .

Key Responsibilities
Conduct telephonic/online nutrition consultations with customers.
Understand customers’ dietary requirements, lifestyle and nutrition concerns.
Provide basic nutrition and lifestyle guidance within the scope of the role.
Guide customers regarding suitable Better Herbs products based on their requirements.
Explain product ingredients, usage, nutritional benefits and recommended consumption.
Handle queries related to  pregnancy nutrition, breastfeeding/lactation, child nutrition and women’s wellness .
Follow up with customers to understand their experience and support continued product usage.
Maintain consultation records and capture customer feedback.
Work closely with the Customer Experience, Marketing and Product teams to share recurring customer concerns and insights.
Support educational content and FAQs from a nutrition perspective when required.

Eligibility
Bachelor’s/Master’s/Diploma in  Nutrition, Dietetics, Food & Nutrition or Clinical Nutrition .
Strong Hindi and English communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over phone/video calls.
Empathetic, patient and confident while counselling customers.
Interest in maternal, child and women’s nutrition.
Prior counselling/customer-facing experience is an advantage
