About the Job

Work Timings:  1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

We are looking for a Resource Management Group (RMG) professional to support effective workforce utilization, resource planning, bench management, training and certification tracking, operational reporting, and project resource allocation.

The role will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure resources are effectively aligned with business and project requirements while providing accurate operational insights to management and supporting sales and staffing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Resource Management:

• Optimize staff utilization and resource allocation.

• Monitor and manage the bench to ensure effective utilization of available resources.

• Align resource planning and hiring requirements with business and project demand.

• Maintain visibility of resource availability, skills, and deployment status. Operations Reporting

• Prepare and maintain reports on resource utilization, staffing, and project support.

• Provide clear and accurate operational insights to management and executives.

• Track resource-related metrics and maintain updated reporting records.

Training &

Certifications:

• Support employee upskilling initiatives based on business and project requirements.

• Track employee training and certification status.

• Maintain accurate training and certification records. Sales Enablement

• Provide resource availability information to support sales activities.

• Assist with staffing plans for upcoming projects and client requirements.

• Support resource-related inputs for client proposals.

Project Assignment:

• Allocate resources based on skills, experience, availability, and project requirements.

• Coordinate with Project Managers for resource onboarding and assignment.

• Ensure smooth deployment of resources across projects.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• 4–6 years of experience in IT resource management.

• Experience in workforce planning and bench management.

• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and executive presentations.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to analyze resource-related data and provide operational insights.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with HR or resource tracking systems.

• Experience with workforce/resource planning processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage changing resource requirements.
