Training and Placement Officer

Role Description :
The Training and Placement Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Amravati, responsible for preparing students for successful campus placements and managing relationships with recruiting organizations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating campus recruitment drives, building and maintaining connections with industry partners, and organizing training sessions on soft skills, interview techniques, and career readiness. The role involves mentoring students on resume building, job search strategies, and professional conduct, as well as tracking placement data and preparing reports for institutional leadership.

The Training and Placement Officer collaborates with faculty and administration to align training activities with academic programs and employer needs.
Qualifications
Strong experience in campus placement and college recruiting, with the ability to coordinate and manage placement activities effectively.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact confidently with students, recruiters, and institutional stakeholders.
Proficiency in delivering training programs focused on soft skills, interview preparation, and overall career development.
Ability to design and implement structured training and placement strategies aligned with institutional goals and industry requirements.
A bachelor's degree in any discipline; a postgraduate qualification in management, education, or a related field is an advantage.
Strong organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining placement records and preparing reports.
Comfort with using office productivity tools and basic data analysis to monitor outcomes and improve placement processes.
Prior experience in a training, placement, or student career services role, preferably in an educational institution, is desirable.
