About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director – AI/ML Leader to lead ACN’s AI-driven transformation programs. This role combines strategic vision, hands-on technical expertise, and a deep understanding of healthcare RCM processes. The leader will build AI/ML models that not only drive automation and analytics but also enable data-backed quality validation and decision support across our delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and deploy AI/ML models to automate and optimize RCM functions

· Identify opportunities to optimize RCM processes through the implementation of AI-driven solutions.

· Implement AI-driven quality check frameworks to validate accuracy, completeness, and compliance of operational outputs (e.g., claim validation, audit automation).

· Develop predictive and prescriptive models that enhance accuracy, reduce rework, and leads to improvement in all departments.

· Partner with operations and quality teams to integrate AI tools for real-time quality monitoring and exception handling.

· Integrate AI capabilities into existing RCM tools and dashboards for enhanced decision-making and process transparency.

· Ensure HIPAA, PHI, and data privacy compliance in all AI/ML applications and datasets.

· Work closely with process excellence and compliance teams to ensure all AI solutions meet internal quality and regulatory standards.

· Continuously track and improve model performance, accuracy, and operational impact through measurable KPIs.

What You’ll Bring

• 10–18 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership or applied data science roles.

• Demonstrated success in AI/ML implementation within RCM, or healthcare analytics environments.

• Expertise in machine learning, NLP, predictive modeling, and process automation.

• Hands-on experience with Python, and cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Strong understanding of quality control, audit mechanisms, and data validation frameworks in healthcare.

• Proven ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI/ML and analytics solutions with measurable ROI.

• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and presentation skills.

• Bachelors/ Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related quantitative field.
