Junior Project Manager

Location: Rājkot

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of IT and software development projects while ensuring smooth communication between technical teams and stakeholders.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to build a strong career in project management within an IT environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing IT and software development projects
- Coordinate daily tasks, timelines, and deliverables with cross-functional teams
- Act as a communication bridge between clients, technical teams, and management
- Track project progress and identify risks or issues proactively
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates
- Participate in client calls, internal meetings, and sprint planning sessions
- Support Agile/Scrum project management processes
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectations

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in BE / BSc CS / BSc IT / BCA / BBA / MBA
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management
- (Internship experience will be considered)
- Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Click Up
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
