IT Sales & Support Executives

Libromi is a fast-growing AI-first SaaS platform specializing in Whats App automation, chatbot solutions, and e-commerce integrations. As an official Meta partner, we serve 2000+ businesses globally and are preparing for an exciting scale-up phase post-GITEX 2025.
We’re hiring  Sales & Implementation Support Executives  to help consult potential clients, guide them through our automation tools, and provide post-sale implementation support. If you're tech-savvy, client-focused, and eager to grow in a startup environment, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with inbound leads to understand their business needs and explain how Libromi can help.
Provide product demonstrations and onboarding assistance to new customers.
Support the implementation of our automation tools and chatbot builder with basic configuration or training.
Act as a liaison between customers and the technical team to ensure smooth integration (e.g. Shopify, Woo Commerce, API-based tools).
Follow up on prospects, nurture relationships, and assist the sales team in closing deals.
Maintain accurate lead, sales, and support records in the CRM.
Provide basic troubleshooting and support during onboarding and usage phases.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in  Computer Science ,  Engineering , or  Business Administration (MBA) .
Fluent English  – spoken and written.
Good understanding of  basic tech concepts  (web, APIs, integrations).
Familiarity with CRMs, SaaS platforms, or marketing tools is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced startup environment.
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory):
Hands-on understanding of APIs or workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Pabbly, Make).

Experience with Whats App Business API, Shopify, or chatbot tools.
Previous experience in tech sales or SaaS onboarding.
