We’re Hiring:
SEO + Performance Marketing Executive (2-6 Years Experience)
Are you data-driven, growth-focused, and excited about scaling B2B SaaS & CPaaS products through organic and paid channels?
We’re looking for an SEO + Performance Marketing Executive with ~2 years of hands-on experience to drive high-quality leads, optimize funnels, and improve ROI across campaigns.
What You’ll Do
SEO (Organic Growth)
- Own on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives
- Conduct keyword research aligned with ICPs & buyer intent
- Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for rankings & conversions
- Monitor SEO performance using GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush
- Improve site health, page speed, internal linking, and indexing
- Build and manage high-quality backlinks & content distribution
- Performance Marketing (Paid Growth)
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax)
- Linked In Ads (B2B lead gen)
- Meta Ads (if applicable)
- Manage campaign budgets, bids, creatives, and targeting
- Focus on lead quality, CPL, CAC, and ROAS
- Work closely with Sales to align campaigns with revenue goals
- Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and CTAs
Analytics & Optimization
- Track funnel metrics from click → lead → opportunity → conversion
- Analyze performance reports and share actionable insights
- Continuously optimize campaigns for scale and efficiency
✅ What We’re Looking For
- ~2 years of experience in SEO and Performance Marketing
- Experience working with B2B SaaS or CPaaS products
- Strong understanding of search intent, funnels, and lead quality
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads & Linked In Ads
- GA4, Google Search Console
- SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Ability to interpret data and turn insights into action
- Basic understanding of landing page CRO
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
⭐ Nice to Have
- Experience marketing Whats App Business API, SMS, Voice, or API-based products
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Hub Spot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience with B2B lead nurturing and remarketing
- Startup or high-growth SaaS experience
