Role Description
We are looking for a skilled Senior Escalation Engineer for a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. The Senior Escalation Engineer will be responsible for addressing complex technical issues, providing advanced troubleshooting, resolving network and system errors, and ensuring robust network security. The role includes collaboration with different teams and serving as an expert for technical support escalations.

Responsibilities :

- 1) Ensure 99% uptime of IT Infrastructure.
2) Handle L2 Escalations
3) Design and configure AP, switches, firewalls, routers and monitor networks, VM, server health
4) Manage the day-to-day virtualized server infrastructure, Windows Server, Active directory & group policy management.

Skills Required :

- Should have experience on Windows servers and Domain controller upgrades

Experience with Microsoft Exchange Servers and Microsoft 365, On-Prem Exchange Server migrations, Exchange to Office 365 Hybrid Migrations project experience.
Working knowledge of MS Azure, MDM, Intune
Knowledge of Backup Platform such as Veeam, Acronis,Backup Exec

Experience with File and Print Servers, File Server Migrations to Azure.
VMWare/Hyper-V

Working experience .
Working knowledge of Firewalls, VPN Technologies, Network routers, Wi-Fi Access points etc.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Experience with Server Migrations and Cloud Migration projects
Knowledge of PSA and RMM tools like Autotask,Syncro,Datto,Kaseya

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelors/Master's in Computer science/ IT

Certifications Desired:
Azure Certified:
AZ 900, AZ 104 and AZ 305 etc.
Microsoft 365 Certified:
Enterprise Administrator Expert
MTA Cloud/Networking/Security/Windows Server Admin Fundamentals
