We’re looking for an exceptional Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in Bangalore. If you’ve spent 4–7 years hiring top tech talent for product team, preferably specialize in product-tech hiring.

✨ ’  :

✅Minimum 4+ years to 7years of technical recruiting experience.

✅Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field

✅Expert-level proficiency in Linked In Recruiter including advanced Boolean search techniques and Linked In platform expertise

✅Proven track record of successful Linked In InMail campaigns and job posting optimization

✅
Experience with applicant tracking systems and organization tools

✅Experience utilizing and optimizing AI within your recruiting process

✅Advanced passive candidate sourcing techniques beyond basic job board posting

✅Strong scheduling and calendaring management for complex interview coordination

✅Excellent verbal and written communication skills

✅Proactive, competitive self-starter mentality with high sense of urgency

✅Adaptability and reliability - critical in our fast-paced environment
