DEXPERIENCE PLM Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and implementation of the Dassault Systems 3

DEXPERIENCE platform across our enterprise. To drive digital transformation initiatives that align business needs with platform capabilities, ensuring end-to-end support for engineering, manufacturing, and enterprise collaboration.
Strategic Leadership
Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the 3

DEXPERIENCE platform.
Drive the adoption of PLM best practices across the product lifecycle, from concept to manufacturing and service.
Champion digital continuity and data governance across departments and stakeholders.
Platform Management
Manage configuration and deployment of 3

DEXPERIENCE roles and apps, such as: ENOVIA (collaborative lifecycle management), CATIA (design), DELMIA (manufacturing) & CAE Products
Lead system upgrades, maintenance, and integration with ERP, MES, and other enterprise systems.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Serve as liaison between engineering, IT, product teams, and external vendors (including Dassault Systems).
Facilitate user acceptance testing, training, and onboarding for new features or modules.
Data Governance & Process Optimization
Ensure data integrity, version control, and standardized product structures (BOMs, configurations).
Identify and implement process improvements leveraging platform capabilities like workflows, change management, and document control.
Project Oversight
Lead or support cross-functional PLM implementation projects using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
Track KPIs and user adoption metrics to evaluate platform performance and ROI.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in PLM systems, including 3+ years with Dassault Systems 3

DEXPERIENCE platform. Strong understanding of ENOVIA, CATIA V6, and related Dassault apps/modules.
