We’re hiring a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the full customer journey and build automated funnels that improve conversion, activation, retention, and revenue.

Role Summary

As the CRM & Lifecycle Manager, you will manage the entire lifecycle:

Lead → MQL → SQL → Demo → Payment → Onboarding → Retention → Upsell

You will implement and manage:

- CRM (Mautic)
- Email, Whats App, SMS, RCS campaigns
- Lifecycle funnels
- Lead scoring & segmentation
- Automated workflows

Your goal:

Reduce drop-offs

Increase L2P conversion

Improve onboarding

Increase repeat revenue

Reactivate cold leads

Key Responsibilities (Full Ownership)

1. CRM Management (Mautic)

- Set up and manage Mautic CRM
- Create segments, tags, custom fields
- Define lifecycle stages (Lead → MQL → SQL → Customer → Repeat Customer)
- Integrate CRM with website, Whats App API, SMS, Email, landing pages

2. Build Automated Customer Journeys

You will design, build, and optimize automated flows for:

Lead Nurturing

- Day 0 → Day 14 drip flows
- Industry-specific nurture paths
- Whats App + Email + SMS multi-touch journeys

Sales Enablement

- Auto-qualification sequences
- Follow-up reminders
- Demo booking workflows

Onboarding

- Account setup
- Product activation
- First campaign success journey

Retention & Renewal

- Renewal reminders
- Upsell & cross-sell flows
- Usage-based nudges

Reactivation

- Cold lead reactivation
- Dormant customer reactivation

3. Multichannel Campaign Management

You will run all engagement channels:

Whats App

- Automated sequences
- Behaviour-triggered messages
- Template optimization

Email

- Drips, newsletters, onboarding
- Deliverability optimization

SMS

- Alerts, reminders, confirmations
- Payment nudges

RCS

- Rich media campaigns
- Industry-specific flows

4. Analytics & Reporting

- Build lifecycle dashboards
- Cohort & retention analysis
- Identify drop-offs & growth opportunities
- A/B Testing for messages, timing, flows
- Report L2P, activation, retention KPIs

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work with Sales to improve lead quality
- Work with Performance Marketing to sync campaigns
- Work with Product for onboarding flows
- Work with Tech to implement triggers & events

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have

- 3–6 years in CRM / lifecycle / automation
- Strong experience with Mautic / Hub Spot / Web Engage / MoEngage / Zoho
- Built complex workflows & drip journeys
- Strong understanding of segmentation & lead scoring
- Hands-on experience with Email + SMS + Whats App
- Ability to measure funnel performance & lift

Bonus Skills

- Experience in B2B SaaS CRM
- RCS campaign knowledge
- HTML email template editing
- Understanding of sales funnels & L2P
