Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Servicing Manager who can act as a bridge between clients and the performance marketing team. The ideal candidate should understand Google Ads & Meta Ads deeply and ensure smooth campaign execution, reporting, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Conduct regular performance review calls and strategy meetings.
- Understand client business goals and align campaign strategies accordingly.
- Manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables.

Performance Marketing Oversight

- Coordinate with Google Ads & Meta Ads specialists for campaign execution.
- Ensure campaigns are optimized for ROI, CPL, CPA, ROAS.
- Review media plans, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Identify growth opportunities and upselling possibilities.

Reporting & Analysis

- Share weekly/monthly performance reports with insights.
- Present data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor KPIs and suggest optimization strategies.

Internal Coordination

- Work closely with creative, content, and design teams.
- Ensure ad creatives align with campaign goals.
- Maintain project management timelines.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of experience in client servicing within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, You Tube, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager)
- Knowledge of tracking tools (Google Analytics, GTM).
- Strong communication & presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
