About the Role

We are hiring an AI Engineer specializing in Computer Vision and Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our Dubai product engineering team. You will build multimodal AI systems that can see, understand, and reason — powering the next generation of our products including Talkbot, iPAL, iCall, and Holobot across the GCC and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Vision AI Development:
Design, train, and deploy computer vision models for object detection, OCR, image classification, document parsing, and visual search.

- - LLM Pipeline Development:
Build and optimize LLM-powered pipelines using GPT-4o, Gemini, Claude, and open-source models (LLaMA, Mistral) for text generation, summarization, and intelligent reasoning.

- Multimodal AI Systems:
Develop applications combining vision and language models — enabling visual question answering, image-to-text extraction, and document intelligence at scale.

- RAG & Knowledge Pipelines:
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma

DB) for context-aware, knowledge-grounded AI products.

- Prompt Engineering & Fine-Tuning:
Design advanced prompting strategies and fine-tune foundation models for domain-specific use cases across healthcare, education, and enterprise verticals.

- API & Deployment:
Build production-grade APIs to serve vision and LLM services, ensuring low latency, high throughput, and seamless integration with our global product suite.

- Performance Monitoring:
Track model accuracy, manage retraining cycles, and implement feedback loops for continuous improvement in production.

Qualifications & Skills

- Core Expertise: 3–5 years of professional experience in Python with strong AI/ML and deep learning exposure.

- Computer Vision:
Hands-on experience with OpenCV, YOLO, Media Pipe, or similar frameworks for real-world vision tasks.

- LLM & Generative AI:
Working knowledge of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), Lang Chain, Llama Index, and prompt engineering techniques.

- Technical Stack:
Proficiency with PyTorch, Tensor Flow, Hugging Face Transformers, Num Py, and Pandas.

- Multimodal AI:
Experience building systems that combine image, text, and/or audio inputs for unified AI reasoning.

- Engineering:
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, model serving (FastAPI, Torch Serve), and containerization (Docker).

- Preferred (Major Plus):

Experience with MLOps pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Arabic language NLP, or real-time video/audio processing.
