Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kunnamkulam for an Information Technology System Support Specialist. The role involves providing technical support for IT systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, overseeing system administration tasks, and maintaining network security protocols. The specialist will help ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure and assist in resolving technical issues promptly to support the company’s business processes.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Technical Support and Information Technology, with the ability to diagnose and resolve IT-related issues effectively.
Strong skills in Troubleshooting and System Administration to maintain and manage hardware, software, and server systems.
Knowledge of Network Security to ensure the protection of organizational data and systems from unauthorized access or breaches.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are advantageous.
