Job Summary :
We are looking for a seasoned  SharePoint Expert  with 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining SharePoint solutions. The candidate should have deep knowledge of  SharePoint Online ,  SharePoint Server (2016/2019) ,  Power Platform integration , and related Microsoft 365 services. This role requires a mix of technical, architectural, and consultative skills to work with both IT teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :
Design, configure, and manage  SharePoint Online  and/or  SharePoint Server  environments.
Create and maintain  modern SharePoint sites , intranet portals, document libraries, lists, metadata, and workflows.
Develop  custom solutions  using  SharePoint Framework (SPFx) ,  Power Automate , and  Power Apps .
Implement  site security ,  permissions management , and  governance policies .
Migrate content from legacy systems or SharePoint versions to SharePoint Online.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver effective SharePoint-based solutions.
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and manage ongoing maintenance and support.
Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 tools like  Teams ,  One Drive ,  Power BI , etc.
Provide user training and documentation.
Required Skills :
6–8 years of relevant experience with SharePoint (Online and/or On-Premises).
Strong experience in SharePoint site architecture, workflows, permissions, and content management.
Proficiency in  Power Automate ,  Power Apps , and  Power Shell scripting .

Experience with  SPFx ,  JavaScript ,  HTML/CSS , and  REST APIs .
Understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and services integration.

Experience with SharePoint migrations using tools like Share Gate or Metalogix (nice to have).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
