Meraki – At least 4+ years of hands-on experience in configuration and troubleshooting

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer with a solid background in managing enterprise-grade network infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience working across network operations, security appliances, monitoring tools, and vendor coordination. While hands-on experience with voice technologies is beneficial, the primary focus of this role is network infrastructure and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and maintain secure, high-performing network infrastructure to support business operations.

• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot Meraki devices, ensuring uptime and stability.

• Manage Fortigate Firewalls, including rule configurations, security policies, upgrades, and issue resolution.

• Execute site activations and link implementations, ensuring reliable connectivity during expansions and migrations.

• Collaborate with vendors for equipment procurement, managed services, and contract management.

• Lead network projects from planning through implementation, aligning with business priorities.

• Use Solar Winds for network health monitoring, capacity planning, and performance tuning.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), and ZDX for monitoring and securing hybrid environments.

• Experience administering Microsoft Teams Voice, including SBC configuration, licensing, and call routing.

• Familiarity with fax-to-mail services and enterprise voice integration in cloud-first environments.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering.

• Strong technical proficiency in Meraki, Fortigate, and Solar Winds.

• Understanding of network security principles and firewall management.

• Proven track record in project execution and vendor coordination.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, fast-paced environment.
