Role

Description:

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Freelance SAP Success Factors Trainer based in Roorkee. The trainer will deliver structured SAP Success Factors training sessions to learners, including live classroom instruction, hands-on exercises, and case-study discussions. Responsibilities include customizing content to participant needs, and demonstrating system configurations and best practices. The role involves assessing learner progress through assignments and evaluations, providing feedback, and supporting participants with queries and doubt-clearing sessions.

Qualifications:

Strong SAP domain expertise, preferably in SAP Success Factors.
Demonstrated Training and facilitation skills, including classroom delivery, and learner assessment.
Solid understanding of Business Processes in HR and related functional areas to connect system features with real-world scenarios.
Experience in Consulting or advisory roles, enabling you to guide learners on practical implementation and industry best practices.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, HR, or a related field.
Prior experience as an SAP trainer, corporate instructor.
