Job Summary  We are looking for a skilled and proactive Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support at the TRL Belpahar plant location. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-user issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, networking, and IT infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities   Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops and laptops
Windows OS installation and software configuration
Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues
Printer, scanner, and peripheral device support
Handling user account management and password resets
Providing Outlook / O365 support to end users
Basic LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and connectivity troubleshooting
Coordinating with central IT teams for issue resolution
Managing and updating support tickets within SLA timelines
Antivirus installation, patch updates, and system health monitoring
Providing remote and onsite technical assistance to users
Required Skills   Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 environment
Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN/IP configuration)
Understanding of Active Directory and Office 365
Experience in desktop troubleshooting and IT support
Strong communication and user-handling skills
Ability to work independently at plant/site location
