About the Role
We are looking for an experienced  Senior Full Stack Developer  to drive development and technical execution across web technology projects s role requires a strong  agency-side developer  with deep expertise in  PHP, Word Press, and CMS-based platforms , along with the ability to manage end-to-end web development workflows including deployment, hosting coordination, troubleshooting, and technical feasibility assessment.
The ideal candidate should combine  hands-on development expertise, technical ownership, architecture thinking, and delivery responsibility , while closely collaborating with the Project Management and Account Management teams.
This is primarily a  hands-on development role , with the long-term objective of helping build and strengthen the web technology team.

Key Responsibilities
Full Stack Development & Technical Execution
Lead end-to-end development across:
Word Press
Core PHP
Laravel
CMS-driven web platforms
Handle custom theme and module development
Work on frontend implementation using:
HTML
CSS
Java Script
Bootstrap
Develop scalable, performance-oriented, and SEO-friendly web solutions
Troubleshoot bugs, technical issues, and production-level problems
Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance optimization

Technical Ownership & Delivery
Take ownership of ongoing and new development projects
Work closely with the  Project Manager and Account Management teams  for smooth project execution
Support architecture discussions, technical planning, and feasibility assessments
Participate in code reviews and technical quality control
Ensure smooth staging, deployment, and go-live processes
Support project estimation and effort planning

CMS, Hosting & Server Management
Strong working knowledge of:
cPanel / Plesk
AWS Lightsail / EC2 basics
Hostinger / Cloudways / Digital Ocean environments
deployment workflows
DNS / domain / email configuration
SSL setup and renewals
backups and restoration
staging-to-live migrations
uptime troubleshooting
website performance optimization
This role does not require deep enterprise Dev Ops expertise, but requires strong practical experience in managing hosting and deployment environments typically used in agency-led web projects.

Technical SEO & Web Performance
Ensure websites are built with strong technical SEO foundations
Work closely with SEO teams on:
crawlability
indexing
Core Web Vitals
schema implementation
page speed optimization
structured metadata
Support implementation of SEO and performance recommendations

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with:
Project Management teams
Account Management teams
UI/UX designers
SEO specialists
Content teams
external technology vendors
Explain technical feasibility and implementation approaches to internal and client-facing teams
Support pitches and pre-sales discussions wherever required

Team Building & Technical Leadership
Help establish development best practices and coding standards
Support future hiring and onboarding of developers
Contribute toward building and scaling the internal web technology team
Act as a strong technical backbone for the delivery function

Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in  web development and CMS-based platforms
Proven  agency-side development experience is mandatory
Strong expertise in:
PHP
Word Press
Laravel
frontend fundamentals
Experience handling complete website development life cycles
Strong understanding of hosting, deployment, and server environments used in web projects
Good understanding of technical SEO and website performance optimization
Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
