AI Trainer – Data Science & Artificial Intelligence

About the Role We are looking for a passionate and technically proficient  AI Trainer  with 3–5 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and related technologies. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent classroom facilitation skills to deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences across our flagship Data & AI programs.
This role requires an educator who can simplify complex concepts, mentor learners through real-world projects, and prepare students for industry-ready AI careers.

Key Responsibilities  Deliver end-to-end training for AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science programs.
Design and develop industry-relevant curriculum, including:
Advanced labs
Real-world case studies
Assessments
Capstone projects
Conduct practical sessions and mentor learners on implementation-based problem solving.
Facilitate communication skill workshops, group discussions, and presentation practice sessions.
Stay updated with emerging AI trends, tools, and industry practices.
Support learner evaluation, progress tracking, and performance improvement.
Collaborate with academic and industry stakeholders to enhance training quality.
Required Technical Skills Candidates should have strong working knowledge of:
Python Programming

Deep Learning
Data Visualization using R & IBM Watson
Predictive Modeling (SPSS)
Dev Ops & Cloud Fundamentals
Business Intelligence using Cognos BI
Spark & Scala Fundamentals

Qualifications & Experience Education  B.E. /

B.Tech / M.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, AI, or related field
Master's degree preferred
Experience  3–5 years of hands-on industry and/or training experience in AI/Data Science
Minimum 1 year of training delivery or classroom facilitation experience
Certifications  Global certifications in AI/Data Science from reputed institutions preferred
Competitive coding exposure is an added advantage
Language Proficiency   English:  Proficient in classroom delivery, technical documentation, and stakeholder communication
Hindi:  Proficient for learner interaction
Marathi:  Preferred for local learner engagement and support
