UI​/UX Designer

Job Role Summary
We are looking for a creative and user-focused  UI/UX Designer  who can design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in user research, wire framing, prototyping, and interface design, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

● Design user-centric interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile applications.

● Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to improve product experience.

● Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

● Collaborate with developers, product managers, and creative teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.

● Develop responsive and visually engaging layouts aligned with modern UI/UX standards.

● Maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency across projects.

● Improve existing interfaces by identifying usability issues and implementing better design solutions.

● Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance user experience.

● Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and design practices.

● Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

● Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy.
Key Skills & Requirements

● Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design methodologies.

● Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as:

● Figma

● Adobe XD

● Sketch (optional)

● Adobe Photoshop

● Adobe Illustrator

● Ability to create wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and interactive designs.

● Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design approach.

● Understanding of usability testing and design thinking process.

● Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development workflows is a plus.

● Strong problem-solving, creativity, and attention to detail.

● Good communication and collaboration skills.
Good to Have

● Portfolio showcasing website designs, mobile apps, dashboards, or product design projects.

● Experience working in a fast-paced IT or digital agency environment.

● Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and UX research methods.
