Type Bond is a bootstrapped, revenue-generating matchmaking and orientation platform built for intelligent misfits who struggle to fit into conventional relationship frameworks.
Our approach is rooted in Jungian psychological typology and focuses on deep personality compatibility, long-term alignment, and self-awareness before commitment.
We are now looking for a Consulting Psychologist Co-Founder to join as a 50% LLP Partner and help scale the next phase of the venture.

Who We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in Psychology
- Strong understanding of Jungian Cognitive Functions and Psychological Types
- Experience in personality assessment, counselling, coaching, or psychological consulting
- Interest in relationships, compatibility, self-development, and human behaviour
- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, early-stage startup environment
Preferred
- INFP/ENTP personality type (for optimal working compatibility with the INTJ founder)
- However, applicants from all personality types are welcome
- Previous startup, content writing, research, or product-building experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Refine and strengthen the psychological framework behind Type Bond
- Review assessment methodologies and compatibility models
- Ensure scientific rigour and ethical application of psychological concepts
- Contribute to orientation programs and user guidance frameworks
- Help shape product, content, community, and future research initiatives
- Act as the psychological authority behind the platform
