Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mysore for a User Interface Designer. In this role, you will design intuitive user interfaces, create wireframes and mockups, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align user experience strategies with business objectives. You will ensure all designs are optimized for usability, accessibility, and functionality, while maintaining a focus on cohesive brand identity. Additional responsibilities include working closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation and translating user feedback into effective design improvements.

Must know  how to use claude or other AI tools  to deliver  quick solutions at 5X the speed.  Must demonstrate the capability at the interview.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related fields is mandatory
Strong skills in Visual Design and Mockups to create aesthetically pleasing and effective design concepts
Proficiency in User Interface Design and User Experience (UX) to ensure an intuitive and user-centered approach
Familiarity with Front-End Development for effective collaboration with the engineering team
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce pixel-perfect designs
Working knowledge of design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
Prior experience designing for AI or data-driven products is a plus
