The Digital and Technology team at General Mills stands as the largest and foremost unit, dedicated to exploring the latest trends and innovations in technology while leading the adoption of cutting-edge technologies across the organization. Collaborating closely with global business teams, the focus is on understanding business models and identifying opportunities to leverage technology for increased efficiency and disruption. Purpose of the role
The Sr. D&T Engineer - Service Now is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions that enable and enhance ITSM and HR processes on the Service Now platform. This role ensures seamless integration of internal and external information sources, leveraging modern technologies to drive automation, efficiency, and process improvements across the enterprise. By aligning process design with technology architecture and core enterprise data, the Sr.
Engineer delivers end-to-end solutions that strengthen business operations, support strategic decision-making, and maximize the value of the Service Now platform for the organization.
KEY
ACCOUNTABILITIES
