Technical Support Executive

Location: Electronic City Phase I

Job Summary  We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused  Technical Support Engineer (Fresher)  to join our team. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are eager to start their career in technical support and learn in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of databases, cloud platforms, and troubleshooting concepts, along with good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for applications, systems, and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, databases, and infrastructure.
Monitor system performance using cloud monitoring tools and respond to alerts.
Analyze logs and identify root causes of production issues.
Assist in deployment support and basic configuration changes.
Coordinate with development and Dev Ops teams for issue resolution.
Maintain documentation for known issues, fixes, and processes.
Ensure timely response and resolution as per SLA requirements.
Provide support during production releases and maintenance windows.

Required Skills   Basic knowledge of  Databases  (SQL queries, troubleshooting, performance basics).
Understanding of  Cloud Platforms  (AWS / Azure / GCP basics).
Experience or familiarity with  Monitoring Tools  (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.).
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Good understanding of  logs analysis  and debugging techniques.
Good-to-Have Skills
Basic scripting knowledge (Shell, Python, or Power Shell).
Understanding of  microservices architecture .
Exposure to  Kubernetes / Docker .
Knowledge of  CI/CD pipelines .

Experience with  incident management  and RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
Familiarity with  API testing tools  (Postman, Swagger).
Awareness of  security best practices .

Qualifications
BCA/BSC or related degree
