Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (EPCMCS) / Hyperion Profitability and Cost Management (HPCM) Consultant with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing profitability and cost management solutions for large enterprises. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle EPCMCS, HPCM, and Profitability and Cost Management Solutions (PCMS), providing strategic, technical, and operational support to optimize financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for profitability and cost management.
Design and implement Oracle HPCM/EPCMCS solutions, including model design, driver-based allocation methodologies, and profitability reporting.
Configure and manage Oracle HPCM (on-premise) and EPCMCS (Cloud) applications to support financial modeling, allocation rules, and cost transparency.
Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards using Oracle Cloud tools, Smart View, and Hyperion Financial Reporting.
Ensure the seamless integration of HPCM/EPCMCS with other Oracle EPM modules and ERP systems.
Provide technical leadership during HPCM to EPCMCS migration projects, ensuring a smooth transition to the cloud.
Conduct performance tuning and optimization of HPCM and EPCMCS environments for efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to HPCM/EPCMCS configurations and processes.
Provide post-implementation support, training, and documentation to ensure successful user adoption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Oracle EPM products with at least 3 years in HPCM and exposure to EPCMCS.
Strong understanding of financial and management reporting processes, profitability analysis, and cost management.
Proven experience with driver-based models, profitability allocations, and scenario planning in both HPCM and EPCMCS.
Experience in data integration with Oracle ERP systems and data management using Oracle Data Management or similar tools.
Proficiency with Smart View, Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio, and other Oracle reporting tools.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record of successful Oracle HPCM implementations from end-to-end, including system configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
Experience in migrating HPCM to EPCMCS is a plus.
Oracle EPM Cloud certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Experience with other Oracle EPM Cloud modules like FCCS, PBCS, or ARCS.
Knowledge of Hyperion or previous on-premise Oracle EPM solutions.
