We are seeking a results-driven  SEO / AEO / GEO Expert  to enhance our organic visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in  Search Engine Optimization (SEO) ,  Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) , and  Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) , helping our content, products, and brand appear prominently in Google Search, AI assistants, answer engines, and generative search experiences.
This role requires a blend of technical SEO knowledge, content strategy, analytics, AI search optimization, and continuous experimentation to maximize discoverability, traffic, authority, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website performance.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping.
Perform technical SEO audits and implement recommendations.
Optimize site architecture, crawlability, indexing, internal linking, and page performance.
Manage on-page SEO including metadata, structured data, content optimization, and user experience improvements.
Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and technical health metrics.
Collaborate with developers to resolve SEO-related technical issues.
Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
Optimize content for featured snippets, People Also Ask (PAA), knowledge panels, and answer engines.
Implement structured data/schema markup to improve machine readability.
Create content frameworks designed to directly answer user queries.
Improve content discoverability across voice search and conversational search platforms.
Analyze search intent and develop answer-focused content strategies.
Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
Optimize content for AI-powered search experiences including generative search engines and AI assistants.
Develop content strategies that increase brand mentions and citations within AI-generated responses.
Monitor visibility across AI search platforms and emerging generative discovery channels.
Create authoritative content designed for AI retrieval and citation.
Identify opportunities to improve entity recognition, topical authority, and semantic relevance.
Stay updated on evolving GEO best practices and algorithm changes.
Content & Strategy
Partner with content, marketing, and product teams to create high-performing content.
Develop topic clusters, pillar content, and authority-building initiatives.
Conduct content gap analysis and competitive benchmarking.
Create SEO/AEO/GEO roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report on organic traffic, rankings, visibility, conversions, and AI search performance.
Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure success.
Use data to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or search marketing.
Strong understanding of technical SEO principles and search engine algorithms.

Experience with AEO strategies including featured snippets, schema markup, and conversational search.
Understanding of GEO concepts and AI-driven search ecosystems.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as:
Google Search Console
Google Analytics 4
Ahrefs
SEMrush
Screaming Frog
Similar Web
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
