Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), focused on managing and optimizing Google Ads and other Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns. The Google Ads | Pay Per Click Specialist will set up, monitor, and optimize search, display, and remarketing campaigns to meet defined performance goals such as leads, conversions, and return on ad spend.

Daily responsibilities include keyword research, ad copy creation, bid and budget management, audience targeting, and landing page coordination with the design and development teams. The role involves analyzing campaign performance data, preparing regular reports, and making data-backed recommendations to improve results. The specialist will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with client objectives and ensure consistent, high-quality execution.

Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Pay Per Click management, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
Proficiency in keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid/budget strategies to achieve measurable marketing objectives.
Ability to analyze campaign metrics using tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms and translate data into clear insights and actions.
Comfort working with landing pages, basic understanding of website UX, and coordination with design/development teams for performance-driven changes.
Solid written communication skills for creating clear and compelling ad copy tailored to different audiences and campaign goals.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Certifications in Google Ads or related digital marketing platforms are preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar and adapt to a performance-oriented, fast-paced environment.
