ServiceNow Architect

Location: Vizianagaram

We are looking for a  Service Now Architect  with 14+ years of experience and deep expertise in ITSM, CSM, Domain Separation, Case and Incident Management, Service Now Discovery, CMDB, Transform Maps, Import Sets, Integrations, and enterprise platform architecture. The candidate should have led multiple large-scale Service Now implementations, designed multi-domain solutions, established CMDB governance, and architected scalable service management processes across global organizations.

Mid-Level – 14+ years overall IT experience with 6+ years in Service Now architecture, design, and implementation.

What is expected out of you?

As a part of this Job

Define and govern the overall Service Now platform architecture and roadmap.
Lead solution design workshops and translate business requirements into scalable Service Now solutions.
Architect and implement ITSM and CSM solutions following Service Now best practices.
Design multi-tenant Service Now environments using Domain Separation.
Define CMDB strategy, Discovery architecture, and service mapping approach.
Review and approve technical designs, customizations, integrations, and data migration strategies.
Establish platform governance, security, performance, and upgrade strategies.
Mentor developers, administrators, and business analysts.
Collaborate with enterprise architects, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
